Default horn upgrades

So apprently horns are not water proof and when you sink them underwater they stop working lol. Does anyone have some cheap horn upgrades before I just buy a stock replacement.

Just put in an air system and a train horn.
haha I don't even have a horn, took them off since they don't work but if someone pisses me off enough to use it I flip my radio to PA and yell at them. Though I have noticed people don't cut me off anymore now that my tires are louder than most horns.
