im gonna make a set of the egding flares myslef.. if your in jersey and worried about inspection i will let you know my cherokee went right thru yesterday and i have 33x13.5x15s that are like 5 or 6 inches past my fenders and they didnt care.. emissions only now .. no safety inspection.. i like the edging ones little easier since i need the distance and soft of you or ur kids walk into it.

I'll try and post some pics of the mounting tabs soon. I got the louvers fro go2marine.com. $8 a piece. They are cracking around the bolt holes already though. Gotta find a better attachment method.

What about modifying the stock fender flares and bringing them out.. Has anyone attempted it?

Flexy flares FTW! Have not done them yet, but look great on every other XJ I have seen.
