Default HID vs LED lights

Okay so I'm looking for some opinions of two kinds of lights that I plan on putting on my bumper.
Option 1- 2 Ruffstuff 4" HID lights
Price for 2= $190
Option 2-2 Vision 4"XMITTER LED light bar
Price for 2= $280

So I've heard generally LED's last longer, but the Ruffstuff's do come with an 18 month warranty. I'm leaning more toward's Ruffstuff's lights at the moment

LEDs also draw less power. There is no bulb with LED, just a diode.

Which has the higher lumen rating?

HID has a MUCH longer throw. Small LEDs will not put out nearly as much light as far.

Sir,
You are mistaken.
Quality LED's will put out ample amounts of light.

You misunderstood me. HIDs, will project light farther than LEDs, especially the two linked for comparison here.
