Default Hey guys, I'm back with another.

Just picked up this '01 XJ 2wd AT 4.0 for $3200. Its a 60th AE if that makes any difference(?). 140k miles on it, brand new set of Good Year tires. I have every service record since new. I purchased it from the original owner and he has done every service on time, including water pump, rear diff, trans. I probably have $12k worth of receipts for maintenance, service, tires, etc.

I sold my '96 Sport about 7 months ago and regret it. This one will be for the wife to drive everyday and she loves it too!

Tell me what you think guys, I drove it 4 hours home at about 90mph (cruise) and she got about 25mpg. Better than my old one! Rides better too...

That thing looks immaculate, congrats! Is that a K&N air filter sticker on the airbox?

Yes it is. I haven't checked to see if it is really a K&N yet. If it is, I will probably put a paper filter in it. I've never been a huge fan of oiled filter elements...

Why 2wd? Do you plan on converting to 4wd?

Never.

Its just a nice sized car for my wife to drive around. Its better than a minivan (to me) and better than a sedan (to me). I got a good deal on it so I bought it. To be totally honest, if our '04 F350 4x4 can't make it through the muck I need it to go through, no jeep will either, haha.
