i know a guy with stock leaf packs, will adding some leafs from that give me height?
are lift blicks a good idea?
Need some help!!

Most will say blocks are bad. I can agree to a certain degree. I can tell you right now I am running lift blocks put on by the previous owner, but I had blocks in the rear on my last xj before I could get new rear springs.
I wouldn't run blocks for a long time, but lift blocks are "cheapest" If you are going to run lift blocks please buy steel ones, the aluminum ones can crack over time.
If you do decide on going with lift blocks, I would suggest starting to save up for a 3" lift kit, Rough Country/Rusty's 3" kits are pretty reasonable, just my $.02
