help me make an audio pakage for my jeep plz

Ok so I was not sure where to put this so I put it in Cherokee chat....i need some help I know nothing about amps subs or speakers.....ok so can some one make a kit for me or suggest the following:
2 Door speakers.
New head unit(I have a cheap after market and its about gone).
2 subs 12in I need a box and amp....
Idk what to get so if u could help me out...i do know I want to be able to deffently feel the bass...also price range cap is $450

I have a pretty simple setup:
Alpine CD MP3 head unit with iPod control.
Alpine type R 6 1/2" in doors and rear soundbar.
Alpine type R 10" sub in bandpass box.
Alpine amp - 500w I think...
The 10 in the right box will provide good low end and then some. Plus it doesn't take up too much room. I haven't looked at prices lately, but I'd bet you could piece something together for 450, just make sure the mids and highs are good quality first, you can add a sub later.
