Default Help with diagnosis for 2002 jeep Cherokee liberty

We drove 1800 miles from the UK without a problem however now it has broken down 3 times and the garage is baffled.. problem is that we drive a few miles then it just seems to lose power and cut out. Thought it was fuel fillter but it's not that or the pump... any ideas ????

unfortunately, you will get better help from a liberty forum like http://JeepKJ.com. In Europe, they called the libertys cherokees for what ever reason. In North America if you tell some you have a 2002 Cherokee they will look at you funny.

This is website is dedicated to 1984-2001 cherokees (model XJ), Jeep Comanches (model MJ) and Grand Cherokees (model ZJ and WJ).

Good luck.

Yes Chrysler changed the Cherokee name to Liberty in North America for 2002-2014 model years.

I also recommend this site: http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB...orum.php?f=118
