I installed my Logan's winch bumper today. I'm having a hard time making it fit square. Will loosing the frame tie-in bolt's help with the alignment? Any advise?

 

All I have to say is probably. I don't have that bumper. But you could take it off, and drill out the holes to the next size up ( if you have a drill index, it will only be a few thousandths bigger, if not, don't do it). This should give it some play, but not enough to damage anything while winching.
