Headliner
What kind of fabric did you guys use to replace your headliner? Can I just go to Jo-Ann fabrics and get any fabric I like or does it have to be a special kind?

You could try calling around to you local prison. I got my headliner and both visors done for less than $50 (including materials) by the inmates, just had to remove the headliner and drop it off.
It doesn't really have to be foam-backed. I did it with a thin suede fabric. But it was really hard that I'm sure my life is shortened for a couple of years
. But it was worth it. However make sure the fabric has a solid backside that the glue won't penetrate, foam is best but not necessary.
