Default Headlight housing opinions

Hey guys I'm doing my headlight conversion. I've got the LMC harness and a couple powerful Hella H4s but I want some opinions on housings. I love the blacked out look but not if it means sacrificing light output. My Jeep is dark green with black wheels and soon-to-be-tinted windows but also lots of white stickers so really either option would match my scheme. I'm just gonna get some off eBay so here are the options:

First is fully blacked out "projectors".
http://m.ebay.com/Pages/ViewItem.asp...nbcol=0%7Cnull
I've heard one bad review saying they are too dark with little output, nothing else.

Second is black but with a reflective diamond-cut left in the center still.
http://m.ebay.com/Pages/ViewItem.asp...nbcol=0%7Cnull
Would this be enough to get some light out but still look good?

Lastly would be ditching the black idea and just getting these obnoxious half halos lol

So let me know what you guys think, all suggestions welcome but if all you're going to say is something about ricer or mall crawling then save your time and effort. Thanks.

why dick around with lights that YOU need to see with?
soon I'll be getting the hella h4 conversion
Id rather see clearly and be safe, then look cool...
remember function over fashion.

^x2. Its worth it to forgo the "cool" light look for pure functionality.

Thanks for the input guys but I'm really looking for opinions on the three, there's nothing wrong with functionality that also looks good, hence the reflectors in the second one. I think it's probably safe to rule out the first but between the second two...

Honestly, all those options you are showing look like they're plastic. Plastic gets sun-eaten and looks cheesy.

Recommend these:

Look up "autopal 200mm" on eBay. I run those housings with Sylvania ultra bulbs and they are absolutely amazing. They have a crisp cutoff and a nice wide light spread. My camera doesn't pick it up as much as I'd like, but you can see the clean cutoff.

A second vote for the Autopal's here, had them for 3 years and absolutely love them. Perfect spread and nice sharp cutoff with lowbeams to keep light out of oncoming traffic's eyes.

This is a third vote for autopal.

Make sure you look at the e-code ones and not the others.

These are the exact housings I have in three Xj's. Never had a problem with them, they're built solid (glass), and they look great. I bought them from the same seller aswell, never gave me a problem.
