Default has this every happened to you WJ people?..kinda strange

so far this has happened twice...

ive put the jeep up on 2 wheels!! its AWESOME, yet unnerving..lol...the first time i was turning left at an intersection and took off fast while the wheel was turned hard to the left

now, i know the 4.7s have a lot of torque, BUT, it lifted the left front tire off the ground..lol...i felt it come off, then hit the ground hard again..

then again, i was turning hard left again, and there was a lot of traffic so i floored it so i could get out into traffic, the turned the wheel kinda hard, and the entire left side came off the ground...i felt it lift up then crash back down,...talk about a wild ride...you shoulda seen the looks i was getting from others after that...i was kinda embarrassed bc im usually a realy safe driver, then here i am with 2 left wheels off the ground..lol...dont get me wrong, it was fun too..lol

i kinda want to find an open parking lot and try it again to video tape it...but im kinda worried about the worst that could happen..lol..

anyways, just thought that was really weird..lol

Well jeeps in general have a high chance of rolling, hence why alot of derby's wont even let you use them (they just don't want them in there because they wont die, they just blame it on "roll factor") is ur WJ lifted?

I drove a shops TJ a while back and it lifts the left front quite easy when you take off in a turn but it has 35s and a bit more than 2" of lift.

and also the short wheelbase would make that easier...but on a mostly stock WJ? with that long of a wheel base...it must have a lota torque...and its not even the H.O.

Never has happened on my WJ. Taking off hard in a turn like you stated, mine will spin the rears briefly then the fronts will grab and then it's hang on and prepare to straighten the wheel because we're gone.

lol..thats what it usually does...and i love it..lol..once those front tires hook up its off like a bullet

but lately, instead of the back wheels slipping, they are grabbing like none other..its hooking up better when i stomp on the gas...especially when i turn left...

i dont know...all i can say is i LOVE the wj and its torque..lol..it apperently has plenty

I believe a lot of TJ's have that problem with a short arm lift

look on you tube under 3 wheeling Tj there is a good one of a Tj rolling over

2" lift and stock tires would definitely explain it. You increased the top heaviness of the car and left the wheelbase stock.
