Hell I am finding decent Yj's for 2500-3000 where. A decent XJ is 3000-5000

I basically stole it lol. The Jeep was listed on the local classifieds for sale or trade for a fuel efficient car. But the 4wd didn't work and the jeep wouldn't idle so I knew off it was a vacuum issue. I called the guy told him about my Miata I built for autox and he wanted to see it we met up and he deal was sealed. I got the Miata for free off a friend and put maybe 1200 into it. But it did need a clutch cause it was starting to slip. Anyway I had the 4wd working and jeep idling I'm 10 minutes after I got home lol.Originally Posted by caged

I'd say you've pulled a rabbit out of a hat if your Wrangler got better mileage than your XJ.Originally Posted by 7jeep

That poor guy, anyway, I bet if he'd taken it to a Jeep dealership they would have charged him an arm and a leg for that 10 minute fix. Originally Posted by Tom95YJ
