You might want to check out the NAXJA street and performance section. They've got some pretty slick on road XJs on that forum.

I'll wager your right.

I was also thinking he must off removed the engine entirely to fit those wheels in. Then I looked in the back, you should see some customization on the inside (passenger side rear) to accommodate the wheel coming in that far. Also this vehicle doesn't appear to have seats...

Damn Schmooze, you're a lot more observant than I am. Talk about missing the obvious! I guess the beer bottle under the hood threw me off.

That white jeep couldn't flex over that pencil laying next to it.

If you want to keep it urban, but still stand out, I suggest using a paint scheme similar to these:

Do we really want to get into this again?

Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's wrong. If we all built vehicles like YOU wanted this world would be awfully boring.

I give the owner credit for doing something different though ya'll are right it's not a driven vehicle. Oh well...

To say a Jeep shouldn't be lowered than you might as well disown 2wd XJ owners as well. I mean heck what good is a 2wd Jeep anyways?

Lifted 2wds are outcast in alot of 4x4 forums as well. I know.. I had a 2wd Chevy truck on 32"s.. 4x4 guys didnt like me and the street trucks didnt like me. Oh well.

Some people need to open up a bit and expand thier horizons..

To each thier own...

I was wondering how many threads we have bashing this particular Jeep?? I think that it is time to move on...

Maybe get back on topic, and discuss "other" options as far as urbanizing an XJ.

It's definitely at least somewhat photoshopped. Look at how the people and tree line in the background are sort of squished, and the blue pickup beside it seems to be missing the roof.
