Default Grinding noise coming from the rear

Hi everyone.. Recently bought a 96 classic 4x4 with a 3.5 inch lift and 31x10.5x15 tires. The rear leaf springs were saggy, so i replaced them. Since then there has been this grinding/vibration coming from the rear or under the back seat. I usually hear it when i let off the accelerator going between 30-60 mph. The noise goes away after a couple seconds and then it coast fine. Was wondering is someone could help diagnose what the problem is.? Do i need a transfer case drop? Thanks

It's the slip yoke in the t case. Sometimes you can lube the splines but it didn't work for me. Should really install a Hack n tap or full sye anyway
