Yes. It was in it when I bought it. It is STOUT. Would probably get decent MPG if I could keep my foot out of it. 31" M/T's sound like a wounded t-rex when they are getting roasted.

My green xj, wouldnt trade it for anything. DD with 226k and still going strong, its been in the family since it had 60k on it. Was bone stock until i got it
