is this a good deal
99 jeep Cherokee sport 4wd red. Needs some work done. Has over 187,000 miles. New brakes and rotors just done in 2011
She says it is either the heater core or head gasket that is the problem the jeep is overheating I got her down to 800

The key words are "She Says". Buy it for 800 bucks and check it out yourself, it could be as simple as a stuck t-stat. Even if it is a head problem, you're still going to be money ahead if you do the work.
