Here's my Gold 99' Classic,
I've dded a roof rack, new headlights, Tined the marker lights, not in the pictures. Mods to come are 6 Hella black magic ralley lights, winch bumper w/ stinger, 4.56 gears and rear disk conversion to name a few.
Sorry I know this is an old thread, but may i ask what the wheel offsets is and where you running a wheel spacer?

1999 XJ Sport, with black (agate) classic seats in a tan interior. Sweet custom two tone interior with all factory parts. Also swapped center consol lid. Smoked front marker lights and window vent shades
LIFT
3.5" Rubicon express Super Ride kit and 255/75/17 goodyears on 2010 17x7.5 moabs with 1.25" adapters.

It's not bad, though it didn't come that way. I sprayed bedliner on the lower part of the doors and also on the fender flares since they looked kind of rough, and also sprayed the bumpers with black paint. That was a few years ago and it's starting to look a bit shabby now so I'll sand and respray in the spring. (The cheapo auxiliary lights were installed by the previous owner.) Would like to do the wheels as well. Another pic from when it was still fresh, minus the snow:
1999 Xj 194k miles 5.5" lift longarms, Bilstein shocks, 4:88 gears, ORF front bumper, Smittybilt winch, rear half roll cage, Rhino line roof, 35 pro comp M/T's, Adam's shafts, Detroit rear locker ( I need a front locker), ARB compressor, trans cooler, Currie steering.
