Doesn't look too bad, if everything was installed correctly and underneath is clean it's probably worth pretty close to what he's asking. Just check everything out on it and don't be too quick to make a deal and miss something that will come back to bite you. Don't be afraid to start off with a low offer and work your way up either. The worst he can say is no and you make another offer. Good luck.

Looks like a pretty nice Jeep. Do a good, full inspection over it. Ask for maintenance records, including when and who did the modifications. If you know what to look/listen for, take it for a drive including some light offroad stuff, just to check the 4wd components. If you're not sure on that stuff, take someone with you that knows what they're talking about. Not too bad of a price if it's all as nice as they're making out to be. I'd offer $4200 cash and see if they take it.

Crawl under it and look for stress cracks. Make sure it wasn't abused and their not trying to dump it on someone busted.

lol x2^^ looks pretty legit to me. Just make sure to drop it in 4 lo 4 hi and every other setting you can think of. And make sure you put it in reverse.. ive seen people park their vehicles just so you wont try it so you never notice..
And expect no more than 18 out of that jeep, 22 is HIGHER than the stock rating and those were made BEFORE ethanol was added to gas..

If all thats listed is indeed there you are getting some good parts. The adjustable upper and lower control arms is a big plus. You could add or remove lift and be able to adjust caster and front pinion angle. Awesome that it has a locker and a cool bumper. Not sure if those year cherokees even came with a dana 35 rear axle, you dont want that. Also again about the mpg, I hope you are not looking at it because its magically economical. 3.73 gearing is barely any different from stock 3.55 and with 33s you will probably get about 14 on the highway, maybe less.
