Default Going door-less on a 4 door, leaving rear doors on - QUESTION

Anyone ever relocate the power window switches so that they still work for the rear doors when removing the front doors? Any pics or write-ups would be much appreciated! thx

I saw a picture in some thread somewhere which the window and lock switch panel was relocated to the dash next to the headlight switch.
