thinkin baout gettin this, i wanna run 31's and i have a 5spd, so the gearing is perfect, and a new locker!!!!

 

You'd just need to cut off the spring perches and shock mounts and weld on new ones. Also the Detroit EZ locker is junk and has a reputation of failing and is no longer made.

 

yeah i was think of getting it for the gears and locker. how do you know its an EZ though?

 

He calls it a Detroit and says it's a lunch box locker and that makes it a Detroit EZ Locker. Google it and you'll see most people call it junk and those are the ones that worked at some point. They are known for the teeth breaking and unloading (more so than a lockright). Unless it's dirt cheap and you don't wheel much don't bother with it.
