The con, it's a lot money. I was looking into this after trying to record video with my phone and having it fall of the dash during epic moments. I'm looking into the kodak mini hd it's $40 at big lots and I'm gonna fab something together

 

Pro: it can fly threw the air
Con: its expensive

 

willsmysticcobra on here has one and he took it through some mud holes with a group of us and caught some great footage in 1080p

Not sure of mounting it behind the tire with rocks and what not flying up. But looks like good quality

 

the protective case for the GoPro, isn't bothered by rocks and debris, its very durable
