glove compartment

Question glove compartment

i have 2001 jeep grnd cherokee. can someone say how to remove the glove compartment. need to get to a/c.

I believe it's all one piece. You gotta take the whole dash out to get to the evaporator and heater core.

Yep, the whole dash has to come out, but it's not as hard as it sounds. Drop the steering column, there are bolts at the kick panels and screws along the top. You need to remove the center consol, A pillar trim, kick panels, and make sure you have all of the harnesses unplugged, have a friend help you lift the dash on out of there.
