Ok so my gf of 4yrs wants me to rip the center console out of my 2000 jeep Cherokee sport so she can have a spot for her dog! I got angry and told her no way its a Damn dog it can ride in the back. She's now threating to leave me due to it. I want this jeep to be my mean looking daily driver not a dog taxi. So should I give in or not.

Center console for sure.... I had mine out when I ripped the carpet out and it bugged me. Kept falling when I turned! Plus... Having a dog so close to the driver is dangerous.

Just make up some reason why you can't take it out...like " that's where the engine CPU is located along with the transmission control module . To relocate those components would be very expensive "

Third option: keep the console, ditch the gf, let the dog ride in front passenger seat. Go to park and troll for new gf

You must not have been with this girl for very long. If not, you both must be very young. If you have a tan interior i've got a mini console and E-brake cover i'd sell, but remember if you give in the first time she says that she'll have your ***** in a vice forever.
