I spent all weekend helping my buddy put gears in on his JK. I think that this pattern looks good but my buddy insists that it needs more adjusting. This is my first time messing with gears an his second. I need some opinions on what you guys think. Specs- D44 rear 4.56 gears.

Drive.

looks good, as long as your pre load and back lash are set..run it.

Preload is on the high side but still within specs. And it turned out that the stock shims on the carrier gave us the best pattern for preload so that is set too. Any one else think run it?

I've set up lots of sets.as long as your back lash is set correctly, pre load within spec, all hardware torque and red lock tite...run it...it's not really rocket science. Just break in the gears gently..flush oil after break in.
