Most fuel pumps, if they are going to quit, they just quit. rare that they give warning. If fuel pressue seems low, or spotty... there are several other things to look at. the fuel rail over heating, injectors beiing dirty, fuel filter needing replaced etc. But as for the pump, in my experience, they work great right up until they don't.

That could be a world of problems.... is it throwing a light?

Could be a clogged cat, bad O2, water in the fuel line, clogged fuel filter, vapor lock through fuel rail, faulty injector, maf sensor, relay or fuse etc. Or of course it could be the pump.

Check the fuel pressure into the rail, and also out of each injector while motor is cold, and again while motor is warm. See if there are changes in pressure. Thats where I would start, if there are not C/E lights.....

I think I would start with seeing what the code is before I start throwing expensive parts that may not be needed at it.

Agreed. Autozone and Advanced auto will read the ECU for free. Once you have that, you will be closer to your answer.

Says its for high voltage o2 sensor. I did notice a significate hole in my intake. So I think the jeep was sucking in too much air. throwing everything off. Not it make things better. I repaired it. seems like I have more power
