I am Looking for front Tow D-rings. Hi-country just went out of business. anyone else know places to get them?

I've never seen those before, only seen the D-rings used on a bumper or a mount in the hitch. Interesting idea.

you can use any tow hook bracket system and i am working on getting these made again soon going to play with the design but hopefully by February i should have tow hook replacements made

No, not on the stock bumper! It is not stong enough to pull you out by a concentrated point like a D ring. It is too thin and would just rip apart. Just get a front hitch or those D ring mounts for under the bumper. It would be cheaper than getting and painting a new bumper.
