front and rear trac bar

So i put my 3" zone lift in and took the rear trac bar out, today i was playing around and notice when i would drive threw my ditch, i could not get alot of flex out of the front and the rear drivers tire would go up in the air a foot or more. so can i take out the front trac bar too or is that a big no no

Are you talking about the sway bar or track bar? You cant remove the track bar or you wont be able to steer.
You can get some quick disconnects for your sway bar and it will allow you to flex more. This will allow you to unhook the sway bar while off road. You can run it with out a sway bar but it can be very unstable while driving on the road.

Some people run with out a front sway bar, but most will advise against it. I dont have one cause I had to cut my mounts off due to my steering. I am getting a Antirock as soon as money allows and my rear leafs are fairly stiff.
