Worth the effort? Affect driving?

id like to stiffen the front of my jeep up for winch, but that's it. I don't want lift, just avoid sag.

Sounds like a good solution for you would be 1" coil spring spacers or V8 ZJ coil springs. Of course there's other variables such as the front bumper you'll be running for the winch.

Worth the effort? Well that's up to you. Springs or spacers are cheap and can be easily installed in a couple of hours.
