Default front diff service ?s
going to service the front diff and add aftermarket diff cover. What oil to use and should I use an additive as well?

75w-90 (I use 85w-140 because I run lockers) and no additives, unless you have a limited slip locker.

For what it's worth the higher end/synthetic oils usually include the limited slip additive.
