i have a 1995 cherokee and i was wondering how much troble it would be to put the front clip off like a 1999 or 2000 on my jeep and if it would fit at all.

Use the newer style fenders and it will bolt right in, the newer marker lights have 2 bulbs per turn signal, instead of 1, so you'll have to splice another one in. My 94 had a New front clip, then an old waggy front clip, now it's.... well, different.

 

My 92 came with a front clip off of a 97+ when i baught it. The top 4 studs lined up but it didn't have any way to bolt up on the sides. So it fit but it was hanging on just on the top and the body lines were all spaced out and non matching. You'll need the front fenders.

Yeah but the stricker bolt for the door locks are different. The 97+ are a bolt style unlike the u bolt ones pre 97. Which will need to be welded
