Someone needs to learn to fishtail without losing it.

Ya know considering that's a FWD Impala and he spun out, in the reverse direction, going up hill, tells me it probably wasn't just the ice.... It's not like he started spinning and it just swamped ends on him.

I meant more how you were doing fishtails then pushed too hard and spun yourself bad enough to have to back up and re-aim yourself.

Oh... haha, that was for the camera, you can see I turned into the spin. I was actually trying to get it to go all the way around but wasn't carrying enough speed. Actually I think I am probably the most seasoned/qualified "fishtailer" on this forum. Didn't see that coming did ya...?

Enter other car.... check out the video's I've got under my youtube channel

I used to drift an AWD 1993 Eclipse. I dunno if your the most qualified.

But I'm not trying to get into a pissing contest, either.

Someone out there will always be better, never under estimate anyone or anything.

And, yes, I said AWD. On dry pavement.

I bet that car looks nice next to your XJ. Got any pics of both together?

And that's why I said "probably", I would never claim to be the best at anything. Those older GSX's are cool cars; the 4G63 is a great base. A really good buddy of mine had a Talon putting down over 400awhp; it was a beast.

believe it or not this is the best I've got of the two together. I need to take a minute and take a shot of the two together. Sorry for the logo on the first picture, the guys at the events always get the best action shots.

DAMMIT!!!

I am in the same boat as you. My GSX left me before I got any pics of her next to the XJ. She was putting down well over the 525awhp mark, but never really got much time on an AWD dyno. The closest one to me is AM(i'm gonna screw you over)S and I don't like them.

That thing looks quite nice. Do you have any other pics? I guess maybe PM me so we don't clog up this thread.

Yeah we got a little off topic. I sent you some pictures.

Ya know his buddy who showed up towards the end saw my wife with the camera and yelled over to the other cop, "uh oh, you're going to be on YouTube now!"

Good job helping out the officer. I'm sure you saved him a lot of ridicule back at Police HQ.

So check this out, yesterday I posted this video on NAXJA and sorta forgot about it. Well I went to check the thread this morning and found a PM stating it had been deleted for two reasons...

1) it was going down hill quickly (I did get to read any responses so I'm not sure what was said)

2) driving on powerlines is illegal.

Now let me clarify something about this video. That is MY property. I have about 2 acres underneath the power lines beside my house and that was where that was shot. On that note, driving on power lines is not technically illegal either. What is illegal is trespassing and from my research (while buying the property) a majority of power line property is not owned by the company operating on the easement. If you plan to drop down some power lines keep that in mind.

the mods over on NAXJA can blow me.
