First it was a hole in the airbox behind the glove compartment that was obviously used for drugs/money and now this. I actually noticed the siren a few weeks ago but I was doing a seafoam treatment today and decided to take some pictures. It's obviously not stock or professionally done because they just drilled a crappy hole through the firewall for the wire to the siren... I have no idea where the wire goes either. Maybe police confiscated it at one point? It kind of pisses me off that I bought this from a dealership that could have paid $quat for it at a police auction... anyway wtf

its for a car alarm

 

I have one of those. there a bit to fast sounding to be a siren, but would be great for pranks like hooking it up to a friends brakelights or something like that.

 

my friend has one exactly like that, its off of his house alarm and he hooked it up to his pa on his cb, do it can be used as a siren or an alarm or a pa.

 

Mine used to be a fire truck so I had a siren and all the communication antennas and cables with it.

It's for a car alarm/security system that's probably been disconnected or torn out.

I was being stupid... I put mine directly to the car battery.
