I was only talking about your pro comps getting ripped up. Not your rims. Although they had alot to do with your slices in the tires

I have Kumho Road Venture MTs.

Also, what do the rims have to do with it? Just so I can fix the issue. I never tore my tires up until I took my front sway off. I am going to trim more and have picked up edge trim and black silicone in hopes to fix the cutting.

In pretty sure proper bump stops would affect tire slices more than the rims

Im pretty sure they have the same amount to do with the issue. Its one or another really. But both helps alot.

Sounds like its the inner pinch seam thats doing the damage. The lack if front sway bar is just letting your axle travel more.

A hammer and a grinder fixes the issue for good

^ This

I run 33's with no swaybars on a 3.5" lift. I trimmed my fenders and hammered the inner pinch seam flat. However I also extended my bump stops so at full stuff I have 1/2" between the tire and inner fender

By pinch seam, do you mean the rear? My tires were only cut up in the front, due to the tire being pushed up into the trimmed fender metal, leaving cuts and chunks missing. The rear sway is gone, and I don't have an issue. I'm getting a higher lift (from 3ish to 6.5) and will be looking into bumpstopping. I have to read up on it to understand it more lol.

There is a pinch Seam on the inner side of the front fender . That is the one I was talking about. To me it sounds like you need it invest on bumpstops

Ahh, makes sense now. I think I know what you're talking about. Would you recommend actual bumpstops or does the hockey puck method work lol.

I'm assuming the puck method is a bad choice to go with. I'm already looking at bumpstops. Something like this - http://www.quadratec.com/products/76058_74X_PG.htm Would that size be fine, or am I looking for a different size?

Thanks for the info, guys!

I am running Pucks in my Xj I used construction adhesive on the pad on the bottom added a puck between the coil then pressed it down with a long screwdriver. Flexed it out added more adhesive and another puck. You could use those day star bumps but you have to remove the coil for install. Also you have to measure yours. Since the front bumpstops changed from a fat one to a skinny one around 97
