Finally got Bessie back into the safety of my driveway!! After an agonizing two and a half days, our insurance finally decided to pay for a tow to my house. The pics are the drive home and the parking. Im glad I know she's relatively safe now. Haha

 

what originally happened?

 

After a day of wheeling, my alternator went bad in a taco bell parking lot. Lol

 

Lucky man. My mechanic has had my Jeep for over a month. I MISS HER SO MUCH :'(

 

I am my own mechanic, so I don't ever miss my Jeep. Sometimes I wish I could spend a little less time working on it.

 

*gasp*

How can you say such harsh words?

 

The PO was a little rough on it. Therefore, I have to fix all the stuff he ****ed up. He didn't fix things when e screwed them up so I have to, but I would still say it was $800 well spent. It came with a lift kit and 31's and it ran ( not too well).

 

x2, I just want to wheel not spend every weekend tinkering with it. After I had an alt die on me and drove home on battery power, I carry a spare alt in the back for road side fixes.

 

Luckily we got to go to a pull apart place and got a lightly used alt for next to nothing. Thank the lord for fellow jeepers
