Just need a quick measurement. I need to know the distance (center-center) between the holes on a stock 84-96 front bumper. How about a 97-01, or are they the same?

I gave my bumper to a buddy for his MJ last week and can't remember the measurement, I'm thinking it's like 24 3/4 or 24 7/8 but need to know for sure.
