yes, bilsteins really are that great. but, however, you said it's gonna be mainly a road jeep, so i'd scrap the bilsteins, since they're a stiffer shock and get OME instead.

oh you were referring to the length. yeah rubicon will reach. I thought shackle boxes were only for adding flex lol. never even thought that people would have to use them to make their leafs fit

going by your list, you don't really need an upgraded steering stabilizer if your stock one is still fine.
you don't need those steering end links and end link adapter, but you can get a sway bar drop bracket from RE and use your stock end links, if they're fine.
something to save a bit of money from. however, you do need to address your brake lines. you can unbolt the frame bracket and slightly bend them straight and use a self tap screw to fix it back to the body.
those RE 3.5 inch leafs are just that, they are made to fit the 4.5 lift kit using a 2 inch RE shackle (gaining 1 inch of lift).
so if you use the 3.5 inch leaf pack, you will be stuck using your stock shackle, which should be fine, but keep in mind that RE leafs are usually taller than advertised.
maybe think about going with a 4.5 inch coil with those leafs, or use a 1 inch coil spacer with the 3.5 inch coil to level it out if needed.
good luck and have fun with your jeep, lifting it is a lot of fun.
