I got them on mine. I went to the UK Ebay site. The site is www.ebay.co.uk. They weren't specifically listed, but I found somebody parting out their Cherokee, and they had them available.
Here they are on mine:

I have seen them from time to time but they were super expensive. Not sure why. You do realize that those tailights have rear fogs. Which means that there are four light sockets in that harness instead of 3 like with your XJ. Kinda wonder what A rear fog is.

Rear fogs are standard equipment on European vehicles. They’re just really bright and red. It helps vehicle behind you to see you in dense fog. They would be on a switch and only turned on when needed. Our Touareg has the same spec taillight only no wires and no bulb.

And that's why we have four switches in the panel by the cigarette lighter on most UK Cherokees. The front fogs were optional but very common and the rears are compulsory over here. There's still no space for extra switches

I have a question. I saw some euro spec factory headlights for the XJ. They were listed as left and right with separate part numbers. I did a little googling but couldn’t find the answer as to why the left and right headlights are different from one another. So please could you explain that to me?

There is all sorts of other parts to this. I have seen a picture of the components here and there. Here is a shot of the "motor".
