Engine swap from 2000xj to 1989xj

Engine swap from 2000xj to 1989xj
I am looking at a 2000 xj sport with the same 4.0 6cyl as my 89. I was going to rebuild the engine from the 2000 and drop it into my 89. Is there anything that is different in the 2000 engine that I need to know about? Like electrical or anything I should know before hand?
