I am looking for electric running boards or electric nerf bars that come out when you open the door and retract when you close the door.
To be used on my 94 Cherokee 4 door.
Anyone know where I can buy these?

 

Summitracing.com sells them, but none for the Cherokee. You'd have to custom fit some for another model.

I don't think their that popular for cherokee's. Search "rock slider", they are much more common.

 

just one more thing to break if you ask me. Nothing electric except the stereo in my cherokee works. My horn, turn signals, and windshield wipers are kind of well they have problems. Thats why i bought an SE.

 

I think electric running boards serve their purpose best on full size trucks. Both for astetics and functionality. On a Cherokee, rock sliders with that hoop thing look pretty good and serve as steps, and protect the body from getting messed up. Even lifted 3" on 33" tires, my floorboards are not as high as my aunts stock F-250, which has regular running boards.
