Hey Everyone,
I am a passionate jeep owner and recently got my masters in IT. As a side project, I created a tool for jeep owners to search only jeeps for sale.

when searching price, do not use $$'s or commas,,,,, just put the number EX: 15000

It would appear to be stateside only..........correct?
As didn't recognise UK postcode.
Seems a good idea though if it incorporates multi selling sites.

OP, I appreciate what you're trying to do, but someone else already beat you to it. You need to find a different angle that isn't covered by AutoTempest or SearchTempest.

as an xj guy... would it be possible to only search for cherokee not grand cherokee?

SearchTempest.com and AutoTempest.com will search internationally. AutoTempest also searches eBay and CarsDirect in addition to Craigslist, Cars.com and AutoTrader. It also has more search parameters and is not limited to 200 miles from your location.

nope it also searches cars.com & autotrader...
this data is still populating so it is just showing less frequently in the results right now...
once it catches up in about a day the results will be completely mixed~!

Whenever I'm searching on CL or SearchTempest, I always search "cherokee -grand" to subtract out the ones that listed it correctly. And still I get loads of listings for Grand Cherokees from idjits.

in the next few days, I will be adding data from ebay, and classiccars.com. this will then make duck duck jeep aggregating 4 sources..I am not trying to compete with a major website. I am just a single person working on this as a hobby
