Default Door lock problem

Have read multiple threads on door lock problems and I know that our xjs are popular for these issues. I just would like to see people's suggestions and thoughts on this. So with remote doors all makes sound like they lock but only passenger side will lock and unlock. Sometimes rear passenger does not lock. Drivers side even with a key to do it manually will not even allow me to turn the key. Electric is going to the locks it makes the click sound not really a whining sound so I know the motors not bad. What else could this be ? Not being able to turn the key to even move the lock manually to lock and unlock is where I am not sure what the problem is.

The lock mechanisms are probably gummed up. You will need to disassemble the doors to get to everything, then clean out the old oil that has turned to wax, and relubricate

Actually noticed today the motor doesn't even make a noise on drivers side

You can test the motors by popping the lower door panel and run some zip wire to the battery
