door hinge modification for taking on and off for tube doors!!!

hey i got a 98 xj and power windows and everything and power locks. i need tips on how to disconect all these wires and how to customize the door hinge to be able to take on and off with a pin. got some sick tube doors for it. thanks guys !!! i cant wait to hear from yall
