Alright so I had my cousin do this-
New water pump and power steering tank
Then he replaced the head gasket and grinded my valves for a whooping. Grand total of ------ 445.45
Sound right? That was with parts and labor.

He was nice to you. A shop would have been twice that at least.

Call the parts store. Ask what they'd charge you for just those parts.

Just a fuel pump replacement cost me $300... which was reasonable given the circumstances. So 445 for all that you had done is phenomenal.
$700 would have been a deal.

Be very nice to your cousin, he was to you. He saved you about $1000.
