Does Painting Parts Really Protect?
Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you have any opinions on painting some of the engine parts, muffler, exhaust, or anything like that. I've painted my rims black and could not help to notice all the high temp paint and stuff around.
SO does painting your headers, mufflers, air intake or anything else really make a difference? Does it make the items cooler or work more efficiently? And is it typically worth the time.
Thanks for any info!

Yeah makes sense, I think I'm gonna do it to the new muffler im getting. If I get new headers then those would be next. Rust is no fun
