Does COPART have open yard?
From what I've gathered, COPART is an auto wreck auctioneer, and I was wondering if they would let someone pull parts without buying the entire vehicle, kinda like a pick 'n' pull lot, (especially since the parts I need would come off of a biohazard marked vehicle)?
