From the sound of his intro post at pirate4x4, he's another high school kid who has his own xj to build, and doesn't mind stealing from others in order to get the funds he needs.

 

Im surprised he hasnt gotten into trouble yet. Idk if there are laws against this besides online scamming ? Wait until he scams the wrong person if he does.

i ordered a drive shaft off ebay with parsel post and it took almost 2.5 weeks to come in. i think when it weighs enough and you still pay for the cheep service the usps gets to it whenever.

 

negative... they could care less how much it weighs or how big it is... they dont just set big items in a corner to be shipped late... they get it and send it as they can... shipping companies are not in the storage business... the reason it took 2.5 weeks is the seller did not mail it for till 1.5 weeks later OR it was lost in the system or sent to the wrong place at some point... i got a email saying a item i bought on July 4th was mailed 2 hours after i paid for it on eBay... knowing good and well the post office was NOT open on the 4th of july... all there doing is listing it as shipped on ebay and it send you that email... doesnt actually mean its in the mail...

this is coming from someone who is in Paypals $5000 club the last two years and i dont even own a business... i just buy and sell a lot on the internet... forums or ebay... ive got 318 buys and sells on ebay with 100% feedback since 2003 and im not even a business... thats 40 buys and sells a year or 3-4 buys and sells a month... and that doesnt even count the tons of people that dont even leave feedback on ebay... or forum sales and craiglist sales... dang... i spend a lot of time on here... never broke it down before... lol

 

Have yet to recieve money for return on item still in contacr with him... This is stupid.. Makes me never want to deal with paypal again

 

paypal is not the problem... write down the day it was sent... and the name email or number they gave for the transaction and call paypal on the phone... they will help you the best they can...

 

he hasnt even been on here in over two months so there nothing we can really do... you really need to take it up with paypal... or make some phone calls and have it beat out of him... thats what i would do... lol...

 

if i were you and i got stumped like that id go hunt him down my 2 cents
