Default Do you carry a fire extinguisher in your rig?

Well, do ya?

If i didn't i would have watched my jeep burn to the ground today.

threw at least 3 rods, deystroyed the engine block, fuel line ruptured, melted the main wiring harness.

I feel its as nessesarry as seatbelts, cheap insurance for your rig.

that sucks to hear.

i didnt carry one for the longest time, but after watching one rig catch fire i decided it was time to get one. i must add too that all extinguishers should be mounted in immediate reach to the driver. none of this mounted way in the back under some crap stuff.

Yes sir, it's mounted to the side of my console within arms reach. You wont catch me watching my rig burn to the ground because I didnt have a 20 dollar extinguisher.

Cool

HELL YES! I have one in every car I own. I put mine under the back seat where the jack use to go, it's not at arms reach, but still really easy to get to if I need it. One on each side to, never know where your gonna be when it starts to burn.

A small one on the floor next to the driver's seat, and a larger one just inside the rear liftgate.

One right next to the E-brake handle

One in the back on the drivers side quarter panel.
