my guy told me he can get me a 3" rough country with full packs for $300 ive looked all over the internet and i cant find anything comparable even close to that price, i wonder, is he getting a discount?
A friend just got quoted $400 Canadian for a 3" lift with full leaf packs. Can't see how it can be that cheap myself. Maybe it doesn't come with control arms or track bar???

It depends if they're a preferred dealer for Rough Country, Skyjacker, Rubicon Express, etc...To be a preferred dealer/dealer they have to sell so many $$$ worth of that brand to get a discount. Some places use a scale system. Randy's Ring and Pinion for instance. My friend does a lot of gear swaps and locker installs. The more stuff from Randy's he orders the more his discount. It sounds like he quoted you a good price. I'd jump on it if I were in the market.
