To do lists?

Anyone else have a long, expensive "to do list" for their Xj?

Here is mine:

Fix Mileage-Problem Unknown
-Replace sensors
-Check and/or swap fuel injectos

Change trasmission fluid

Change front differential fluid

Fix rear main seal

Fix pinion seal

Replace oil pan, rusted badly in several spots

Replace water pump and metal hose that is almost rusted through

Flush coolant

Fix multiple rust spots, and undercoat better

Find and fix whatever is making the howling noise in the rear end

Fix/Adjust steering

So many things to do....does every jeep owner live with this? No time, or money for a lift or anything because of all of this. Of course I could live without fixing a few of these, but I know they will just end up getting worse or causing other problems when I don't need them.

Dark Foot Stompin 03-14-2010 08:57 PM

I need to replace my weather stripping

change oil

fix flood light

get my 4 wheel checked out (acting funny but i haven't had time to look at it)

EDIT: and replace my center counsel.

I have a complete Rusty`s OffRoad 4.5" suspension liftkit that`s been sitting in my basement for 6 years (Got it off a Cherokee at the local junkyard) I`ll get around to installing it "someday". Also I have 2 nice offroad/work lights mounted to my front bumper which look cool but actually arent hooked up to anything. I bought the switch and wiring to do it but have never gotten around to it.
