I was wondering if anyone has ordered anything off discountjeepparts.com. If so what feedback would you leave them? Im extremly disapointed, I never have gotten anything from there and Just ordered some rock rails over a week ago and no response via email or returned call. They made sure to take out the money asap. Oh by the way the only number i found was a "customer service" voicemail... yeah voicemail. Just letting you know, I would strongly recommend anyplace but here.

I'm sorry you feel the way you do about our company. I have looked through every email and voicemail that we have received and your name doesn't show up. Also once the order is placed we authorize the card so we know you can pay for the parts. Then we keep you up to date with the order status emails. If you have not gotten any please let me know, and I will look into it.

I also found out that your rocker panels were shipped yesterday and the eta shows delivery tomorrow. That is one week exactly from your purchase date to your front door, which sounds good to me.

Sounds fair to me. I'd be worried if the product was a week or more late and no call or emails were answered.

We've been getting a ton of calls on the Warrior aluminum side plates that Eric ordered. Has anyone on here installed them? any feedback?
